A Michelin star chef from France
Gabriel started cooking at the age of 15, graduated from two culinary schools, worked in Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Italy and Ireland with such famous chefs as Alain Ducasse, Thierry Marx, Bruno Verjus. He has received a Michelin star with them. Having been living in Georgia for two years, Gabriel used 15 years of experience, French techniques and recipes he studied in different parts of the world to create a balance menu.

Nutsa received her culinary education in France where she worked in the restaurants of Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoia, she is also the winner of the second season of Georgian Masterchef.
Nutsa is a follower of a healthy lifestyle, she herself has lost 17 kilograms, the desire to share proper/healthy nutrition pushed Nutsa to create balance and share with you the principles of healthy and delicious food.
